Yatriverse respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

• Enquiries: your name, phone number, email address, the service you’re interested in and your message, when you use our contact form, call, email or WhatsApp us.
• Service information: academic records, test scores, passport and other documents, and career assessment responses you share so we can deliver our services.
• Payments: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of the payment but never see or store your full card or bank details.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To prepare applications to universities, embassies and other bodies on your behalf, with your consent.
• To send you updates about your application or service.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share your information only when needed to deliver your service, for example with universities, visa authorities, test bodies, airlines, accommodation providers, insurers, education-loan providers and our payment processor, or when required by law.

Storage and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for legal requirements, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@yatriverse.in. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services.
