These terms apply to your use of yatriverse.in (the “Website”) and the services offered by Yatriverse (formerly Shiva YSR Online Services & Consultancies), B3, B4, First Floor, Opp. Oakridge International School, Bowrampet, Bachupally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500043 (“Yatriverse”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide guidance and support for studying abroad, visa applications, English language test preparation, career counselling and assessment, and travel arrangements. The scope, fees and timelines of each service are agreed with you before work begins.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Admission, scholarship, loan and visa decisions are made solely by universities, lenders, embassies and immigration authorities. Test scores depend on your own performance. While we work carefully to improve your chances, we cannot guarantee any admission, visa approval, score or result.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide information and documents that are accurate, complete and genuine. We will not knowingly submit false or misleading documents.
• Meet the deadlines we share with you and respond to requests for information promptly.
• Pay third-party fees (such as university application, visa, test, airline and insurance fees) directly or as agreed. These are set by third parties and are outside our control.

4. Fees and payments

Our service fees are communicated before you pay. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Accounts

If you are given a login to our portal, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to upload, share or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, illegal or that violates the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

The content, logos, reports and materials on this Website and provided in our services belong to Yatriverse or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our prior written consent. Study materials and assessment reports are for your personal use only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yatriverse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions and delays of universities, embassies, airlines or other third parties. Our total liability for any service is limited to the fee you paid us for that service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
