Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made to Yatriverse, including online payments made through Razorpay for the Career Assessment & Report (₹2,500) and Face-to-Face Counselling (₹5,000) plans.

Validity of your assessment

• After payment, your career assessment is valid for 1 month. Please complete it within this period.
• If the assessment is not completed within 1 month of payment, the plan expires and no refund will be provided.

When you get a full refund

Once you have completed the assessment, we will provide your report (and, for the Face-to-Face Counselling plan, your counselling session) within 15 days.

• If your report is not provided within 15 days of completing the assessment, you will receive a full refund.
• If your face-to-face counselling is not conducted within 15 days of completing the assessment, you will receive a full refund.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days and credited to your original payment method. The time for the amount to appear in your account can also depend on your bank.

Other services

Fees and refund terms for study abroad, visa, test preparation and travel services are agreed with you before the service begins. Fees paid to third parties, such as university application fees, visa and embassy fees, test booking fees, airline tickets, hotel bookings and insurance premiums, follow those providers’ own policies and are not refundable by Yatriverse.

How to request a refund

Email contact@yatriverse.in or call +91 92190 90482 (9:00 am – 6:00 pm IST) with your name, phone number, payment date and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt.
